Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and help design and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. We offer a range of schedules, with 5-day weeks for full-time or flexible part-time options, plus opportunities for Saturday hours.

We provide paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible roles, along with ongoing professional development and career advancement to BCBA and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, preferably on the autism spectrum.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree; BCAT credential within 90 days supported by employer.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within a 30-40 minute drive.
• Willingness to work weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Complete orientation and BCAT training.
• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to create progress for families.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
