Job summary

Bista is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide meaningful, play-based ABA therapy under the guidance of a multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on helping learners achieve goals and practicing skills in a clinic setting.

The position offers a flexible M-F schedule, 12 months, and holidays observed; candidates should be prepared for active, hands-on work and data collection as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Psychology as an area of study is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and setting them up for success.
• Set up opportunities for the client to learn through play.
• Rotate centers around the clinic individually and with groups.
• Collect data on skills you practice.
• Build rapport with your client by being engaging and playful.
• Collaborate with behavior analysts, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to deliver high quality treatment.
• Documenting sessions.
• Meetings with clinical team members.
• Staff trainings and PDU opportunities.
• See real growth in clients.
