Cortica - Neurodevelopmental in Gilbert, AZ is hiring Behavioral Interventionists to deliver play-based ABA for children with neurodevelopmental differences. This role provides 1:1 and small group sessions under BCBA supervision and offers a supportive, growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius with reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track progress and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica’s crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
