Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with neurodevelopmental differences through naturalistic, play-based ABA. Join a collaborative team and contribute to meaningful progress in a supportive setting.

We offer a pay range of $23.62 to $31.69 per hour, part-time schedules, fully paid training, BCAT exam review, mileage reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan. Opportunities for growth and ongoing professional development are available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• High School or equivalent, bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
