Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our growing team and help design and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. We offer a supportive, growth‑oriented culture with experts to coach you and opportunities to advance within the organization.

The role offers a clear pay range of $23.64–$31.72 per hour, with flexible part‑time options and a comprehensive 3‑week in‑person training that includes BCAT review.

Qualificações

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Comfortable traveling between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavior-analytic services.
• Implement evidence-based positive behavior strategies.
• Document session data to monitor progress and treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support the child.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols and maintain safety.
