Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our growing team and help design and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. This role focuses on naturalistic, play-based ABA and provides 1:1 and group sessions under supervision.

Qualificações

• Experience working with children, especially with autism, preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a BA/BS is a plus.
• Must be able to travel within a 30-40 minute radius using reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with the BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.
