Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Behavior Technician to join a growing team focused on delivering life-changing, neurodiversity-affirming ABA care for children. This role involves 1:1 and small-group sessions, implementing evidence-based behavior strategies under BCBA supervision, and documenting progress to support treatment goals.

Part-time positions with flexible scheduling are available. Training is provided, including BCAT credential prep, with opportunities for career growth and cross-disciplinary

Qualifications

Experience working with children, autism a plus.
Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days; training provided.
Must be able to travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
Document session data to track treatment goals.
Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
Follow crisis protocols including de-escalation and reporting.

Skills

Experience with children

Autism experience is a plus

Willingness to obtain BCAT

Tech-savvy (EMR, MS Office)

Education

High School or equivalent

Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred)
