Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and deliver life-changing care to children with neurodevelopmental differences. This role supports 1:1 and group sessions, collaborating with BCBAs and other specialists to implement evidence-based interventions.

The position offers growth through a structured clinical ladder, paid training, and opportunities to advance to BCBA roles, with a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, especially in neurodevelopmental settings.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Document session data and track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols and mandated reporting.
