Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. This role involves 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services, implementing strategies with BCBA guidance, and documenting progress to support treatment goals.

We provide fully paid training, predictable schedules, part-time options, mileage reimbursement, a 401(k) with company matching, and ongoing professional development to advance toward BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s or master’s preferred)
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA
• Document session data to track progress toward treatment goals
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments
• Follow Cortica crisis protocols and de-escalation policies
