Job summary

Cortica in California is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our growing team and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. This role focuses on naturalistic, play-based ABA and relies on compassion, reliability, and teamwork.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group sessions, implement strategies with a BCBA, document progress, and collaborate with families and supervisors to support meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with a BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols and reporting requirements.
