Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our growing team and help design and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. We offer a career with purpose, growth, and support, with a comprehensive orientation and paid training.

This role includes 1:1 and group services under BCBA supervision, with opportunities to advance to a BCBA. We provide competitive pay, flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, including autism is a plus.
• High School or higher education; BCAT within 90 days encouraged.
• Comfort with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to travel within a 30-40 minute radius and maintain reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
