Old Main Village in Mankato, MN is seeking a Server to provide residents and guests with the best dining experience, delivering Platinum Service with every interaction.

You will support dining operations during meals and events, set up the dining room, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure sanitary standards while delivering courteous, responsive, and high-quality service to residents and families.

Qualificações

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Food service and/or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Serve food according to portion control procedures.
• Distribute and collect menus as necessary.
• Take meal orders, serve food and beverages, and answer questions about the menu.
• Follow sanitary regulations at all times.
• Provide Platinum Service with each dining experience.
• Set up meal trays and dining room with utensils, napkins, and clean areas.
• Pour beverages and assist residents with containers as needed.
• Prepare and deliver snacks for events and parties.
• Bus tables during and after meals and assist during events.
• Clean dining area according to schedules and assignments.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
