Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Minnesota is seeking a Server to perform a variety of food service duties in our resident-focused dining area. You will prepare and serve meals, maintain sanitary conditions, and support other staff to ensure smooth operations.

Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we value friendly, customer-focused team players who can communicate well and uphold standards of service, safety, and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or food service is preferred but not required.
• Friendly with excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner to residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents and guests receive high quality food promptly.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior; practice good hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns and complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
