Job summary

TE Connectivity in Lebanon, PA is hiring for a plating operator role within the manufacturing floor. The position involves operating plating lines, performing inspections, and handling materials to ensure safe, efficient production.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn. Training is provided on the job, with a 3 pm–11 pm shift and a 10% differential. Competitive pay and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of plating processes and production lines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final quality inspections to ensure product conformance.
• Conduct preventive and autonomous maintenance on plating equipment.
• Perform basic chemical labeling and handling activities in compliance with safety standards.
• Operate and inspect material-handling equipment.
• Coordinate and move materials and product between departments.
• Follow all standard work instructions, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S principles.
