Job Opportunity in Lincoln, NH

Join our team in Lincoln, NH, a vibrant community surrounded by the beautiful White Mountains, offering a perfect blend of work and outdoor recreation. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our 2nd shift team.

Shift Details

2nd Shift: 3pm - 11:30pm (MON-FRI)
Compensation: $23.25/hr (includes shift differential)
Sign-On Bonus: $1000 after 90 days (based on performance/attendance)

Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload tote pans of parts, stack parts in baskets, racks, and/or barrels.
• Follow prescribed procedures for processing.
• Fill baskets, racks, and/or barrels with parts to be processed and lower material into appropriate tank.
• Remove parts when the process is completed.
• Maintain cleanliness of tanks and work areas.
• Monitor temperature of solutions.
• Maintain daily production logs.
• Physically inspect processing to ensure product quality.
• Perform general utility work, material handling, assist with chemical handling and solution maintenance, and record keeping as needed.
• Troubleshoot simple to moderate problems.
• Ensure the quality of the product produced.
• Apply basic chemistry knowledge to solve problems.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Effectively present information to other employees.
• Perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Compute rate and percent.
• Perform other duties as required.

Education and Experience

High school or general education degree (GED); or equivalent months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Requirements

• Must have and wear steel or composite toe safety shoes and long sleeves.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required.
