• Monday – Friday 3:30 PM - midnight

• Overtime available on a business need basis.

What You Will Do

• You will follow blueprints, guidelines, and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met

• You will perform functional testing per part specific pre-established test procedure.

• You will monitor tests through completion, record test data, and service test equipment as required.

• You will document acceptance or failure results.

• You will demonstrate proper use of simple hand/machine tools, electronic/manual test equipment and mechanical measuring devices.

• You will perform proper loading and unloading of electronic equipment in test beds.

• You will comply with applicable elements of quality systems and participate in continuous improvement efforts (ACE).

• You will work to specifications and use all required tools and equipment to perform assigned work according to FAA and company regulations

• You will meet internal and external customer deadlines as determined by team

• You will acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certification as required.

• You will comply with safety and hazardous waste disposal programs.

• You will follow plans for production schedules and quality requirements.

• You will understands end use of manufactured products.

• You will proficiently use computer tools such as SAP and accurately follow work instructions.

• You will demonstrate initiative to keep processes moving and on schedule.

• You will train others for technical tasks as needed

• You will communicate with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge, or resolve problems related to business issues.

• You will participate in waste minimization efforts.

• You will participate in audits.

• You will request tools and supplies in accordance with project requirements as needed

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
