You will participate in wastewater and boiler operations, maintain safety practices, and document all production activities. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and a willingness to work 10‑hour shifts

Qualifications

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum manufacturing experience and ability to read English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic math and measurement skills required.
  • Intermediate computer skills with Windows.

Responsibilities

  • Follow safety rules when handling chemicals and hazardous waste.
  • Operate plating processes including aluminum, copper, nickel, and glass plating.
  • Maintain and document process parameters and data in systems.
  • Use forklift and pallet jacks to move materials within the facility.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and assist process engineers.
