Advanced Plating Technologies, Inc in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations for plated components, lead a hands-on team, and ensure safe, efficient production while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Chemical Laboratory, and senior management.

In this engineering-driven environment you will optimize plating processes, manage scheduling and workflow, drive root-cause problem solving, and develop a skilled, accountable production team through

Competenze

• Four year college degree. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment, preferably in metal finishing, electroplating, surface treatment, or another process-driven industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading production employees and coordinating daily manufacturing activities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a changing production environment.
• Working understanding of manufacturing processes, process control, quality systems, and root-cause problem‑solving.
• Ability to interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• A hands‑on management style with the ability to work directly with operators, technicians, engineers, and senior management.
• Commitment to workplace safety, product quality, and continuous improvement.
