Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics or Industrial Technology or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of plating, wet processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support plating, wet etch, and stripping processes by preparing, maintaining, and setting up recipes.
• Review and document processes; collaborate with engineering to implement changes.
• Expedite and disposition prototype wafers in plating and related areas.
• Assist with process development experiments; collect and analyze data; propose corrective actions.
• Maintain SPC-based process controls and generate charts/graphs.
• Assist with routine troubleshooting and safety adherence.
• Prepare daily pass-down reports for engineers and shift technicians.
