• Prepare metal parts for processing through cleaning, masking, rinsing, and inspection.
• Load and unload parts onto racks and fixtures for anodizing and finishing.
• Monitor production processes and perform quality checks throughout the plating operation.
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Maintain chemical tanks, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.
• Complete production and quality documentation as required.
• Assist with general shop duties and other tasks as assigned.
