Experienced Plating Technician

Pay: Competitive – Based on Experience

We are currently seeking an experienced Plating Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1–5 years of plating experience who are looking to build a long-term career with a stable and well-established company.

Responsibilities

• Perform metal plating operations according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare, clean, and inspect parts before and after the plating process.
• Monitor plating tanks, chemical concentrations, temperatures, and production times.
• Load and unload parts safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Conduct quality inspections using measuring and testing equipment.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with routine maintenance and housekeeping of the plating department.
• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in metal plating or a related manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of electroplating processes, chemicals, and plating equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and work throughout an entire shift.
• Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
