Mars Veterinary Health, part of the Mars Petcare family, is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Digital Ops for our Vancouver, WA support office. This role designs and scales the core platform capabilities powering the MVH product portfolio, acting as the bridge between business, product, and engineering teams to deliver reusable, secure infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or related technical field.
• 4+ years in a technical program or project management role.
• Familiarity with project management software (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify Mars Five Principles.
• Platform strategy and road mapping.
• Establish roadmaps, release plans, and lifecycle management across the portfolio.
• Adoption and change management to drive internal adoption.
• Champion the platform with documentation, APIs, onboarding resources, and developer experience.
• Guide engineering teams to scope, plan, and deliver within agile methodologies.
• Technical and risk management to ensure security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Define and track platform KPIs and usage metrics.
