Responsibilities

• Own the cross‑Apps platform roadmap end to end.
• Drive alignment between platform engineering and apps teams.
• Identify duplication across surfaces and convert it into shared capabilities.
• Establish operating rhythm: planning, status, escalation paths, and coordination.
• Create program documentation including roadmaps and risk assessments.
• Facilitate technical decision‑making by bringing together stakeholders.
