Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Platform team to accelerate the Scale Generative AI Platform (SGP) with engineering partnerships. You will focus on developing robust developer tooling, scalable distributed systems, and secure infrastructure at global scale.

You will own strategic alignment and end-to-end execution of infrastructure initiatives, coordinating with platform engineering, product teams, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or Software Engineer with a track record of building and shipping technical products/platforms.
• 3+ years managing programs focused on core engineering infrastructure, cloud-native ecosystems, Kubernetes, or distributed systems.
• Foundational understanding of Generative AI infrastructure including data pipelines, GPU/CPU utilization, or model training setups.
• Proven ability to present to executives and translate complex challenges into business impact.
• Proficiency with iterative development and project management tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and high-velocity execution for SGP core capabilities (orchestration layers, model serving, APIs).
• Translate complex infrastructure metrics into actionable roadmaps and ensure multi-tenancy, data privacy, and isolation requirements are met.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across systems engineering, Core ML, Research, and Product teams to deliver unified SGP capabilities.
• Identify, track, and mitigate technical risks for massive-scale GenAI infrastructure and global deployments.
• Establish lightweight agile processes and clear SLOs to guarantee production-grade reliability for clients.
• Track adoption metrics and reporting to executive leadership to ensure scalable platform growth.
