Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Technical Product Manager – Platform in Massachusetts. This hands-on role works with Platform Product Management to shape requirements, manage the product roadmap, and drive adoption of platform capabilities across engineering, QA, and cloud operations.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, a hands-on technical background, and experience with cloud native technologies and DevOps practices to ensure operational efficiency and reliable service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Hands-on technical aptitude, working directly with engineering as a product owner.
• Experience building cloud native technologies.
• Experience in Financial Services workflows.

Responsibilities

• Understand operational requirements and translate into standardized processes/tools.
• Manage requirements from clients, partners, vendors; prioritize and specify solutions.
• Manage product roadmap and coordinate with product teams to prioritize delivery.
• Collaborate with product management to ensure delivery of solutions.
• Develop and manage cross-functional processes and timelines for the product.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, support, and Cloud operations for deployment and adoption.
• Summarize and present updates to stakeholders for reviews and decisions.
• Review stakeholder work (QA, documentation) on an ongoing basis.
• Deliver, document, and train parties on product and components.
