Job summary

State Street is seeking a Technical Product Manager – Platform to own and drive the platform roadmap, work with engineering, QA and cloud operations, and ensure successful adoption of platform capabilities. You will focus on operational efficiency, automation, CI/CD, and non‑functional requirements to meet service levels for clients.

You will collaborate with Platform Product Management to prioritize features, gather detailed requirements, and manage cross-functional timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Hands-on technical aptitude working with engineering teams as a product owner.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience building cloud native technologies.
• Experience in Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Understand operational requirements and standardize processes/tools.
• Manage requirements from clients, partners, vendors; prioritize and specify solutions.
• Manage product roadmap and coordinate with product teams for delivery.
• Collaborate with management to ensure delivery of solutions.
• Develop and manage cross-functional processes and timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, and Cloud operations for deployments.
• Summarize issues and present reviews for key product concerns.
• Review stakeholders’ work and ensure quality documentation.
• Deliver and train teams on product components.
