Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to serve as Technical Lead Manager for AMPS, our delivery platform team. You will architect and evolve the data export service, connectors, and delivery mechanisms that link Fetch's data products to external partners, while reducing internal risk and unlocking new go-to-market opportunities.

This role sits at the intersection of platform architecture, partner integration, and data governance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with increasing ownership.
• Experience architecting scalable, reliable data delivery or integration platforms.
• Proven track record leading multi-quarter technical initiatives across teams.
• Experience owning reusable infrastructure for scalability and reliability.
• Ability to define standards/best practices across teams and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Delivery Platform: data export service, connectors, and delivery workflows.
• Own Reliability, Risk & Escalations for platform delivery and data integrity.
• Drive multi-quarter technical strategy, evolve architectures for new partner types.
• Lead Through Influence with cross-functional stakeholders to align roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
