Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to serve as Technical Lead Manager for AMPS, our delivery platform team. You will architect delivery systems, connect data products to external partners, and reduce risk while unlocking new go-to-market opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience with large-scale data delivery platforms and external partner integrations.
Strong understanding of data governance, reliability, and security best practices.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives across teams.

Responsibilities

Architect the delivery platform including data export service, connectors, and delivery mechanisms.
Own platform reliability, observability, and incident response for partner-facing delivery.
Define multi-quarter technical strategy and roadmaps for AMPS and the Data org.
Lead through influence with Product, TPM, GTM, TAM, SE, and AIM to align roadmap and direction.
Mentor engineers across levels and promote high engineering practices.
