Join V2X Inc as a Platform Systems Integration (PSI) IPTL – Principal Project Engineer. We are seeking a motivated Senior Project Engineer to lead multidisciplinary teams in Indianapolis, IN, within our PSI program. This role involves technical leadership, project management, and collaboration across engineering functions to deliver innovative, mission-critical solutions. You will mentor team members, manage project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables, and work closely with customers and leadership.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing technical leadership and project coordination
• Supporting all development phases, ensuring solutions meet requirements and budgets
• Collaborating across disciplines to support deliverables
• Creating project plans, budgets, staffing, and schedules
• Leading Agile processes and managing project tools like Azure DevOps
• Presenting technical data to stakeholders
• Supporting proposal development and mentorship

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Systems Engineering and project lifecycle management
