Job summary

Real Radiology, LLC in Omaha, Nebraska, seeks a Business Systems Analyst to own core platforms (Salesforce, QGenda, Campfire), handling configuration, administration, and user adoption.

You will manage the enhancement backlog, coordinate vendor releases with IT, and develop documentation and training to drive adoption across the company.

The role reports to the Business Analysis Manager and requires 3–5 years in a similar role, with HIPAA awareness and platform ownership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as a business/systems analyst or similar role.
• Healthcare or regulated environment experience preferred.
• Experience owning or administering a business platform.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a prioritized enhancement backlog for platforms and weigh business value vs. effort.
• Serve as primary contact for platform vendors on releases, fixes, and new features; coordinate with IT.
• Develop deep knowledge of platform architecture, data flows, and integration points.
• Configure and manage workflows, business rules, and user access per role.
• Author and maintain user manuals, guides, and SOPs; design and deliver training for users.
• Collaborate with Business Analyst on requirements, process docs, and implementation support.
• Support Senior Data Analyst on data structures and reporting needs for dashboards.
