Job summary

Real Radiology is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to own core platforms—Salesforce, QGenda, and Campfire—through configuration, administration, documentation, and user adoption. You’ll manage the enhancement backlog, coordinate vendor releases, and deliver training to enable broad adoption across the organization.

Collaborate with the Business Analysis Manager and data teams on requirements and reporting.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to establish intake and prioritization discipline where processes are not yet defined.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a prioritized platform enhancement backlog for Salesforce, QGenda, Campfire.
• Coordinate with IT and platform vendors on releases and changes affecting HITRUST scope.
• Administrate platform configurations, workflows, and business rules.
• Create and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and training materials for platform users.
• Deliver user training and support to ensure adoption and governance.
