Job summary

Sweep is seeking a Platform & Sustainability Expert to help customers implement our platform, track carbon and ESG metrics, and drive sustainability initiatives. The role is based in Denver and focuses on onboarding, configuration, data modeling, and cross-team collaboration to deliver practical outcomes.

You will work with customers, partners, Customer Success, Growth, Product, Engineering, and the Sweep ecosystem to enable adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-facing projects, from planning to adoption.
• Strong knowledge of carbon accounting and sustainability reporting.
• Experience with SaaS platform configuration, data modeling, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Professional English with customer-facing capability; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own or support customer onboarding and implementation projects from planning through handover.
• Configure Sweep for sustainability, carbon accounting, reporting, data mgmt, and workflows.
• Lead customer meetings, workshops, and implementation discussions.
• Coordinate customers, partners and internal teams; manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and decisions.
• Diagnose configuration issues, data quality problems, and workflow errors in the platform.
• Map source data to Sweep’s data model and guide data ingestion and transformation.
