Job summary

Watershed, the enterprise sustainability platform, is hiring a Product Designer to join our Sustainability Platform group. You will partner with product and engineering from vision to execution, shaping elegant interfaces for climate and ESG insights.

You’ll own design end-to-end on a team that helps customers measure impact, report on ESG metrics, and decarbonize supply chains. A portfolio of powerful, intuitive experiences and a bias for rapid iteration are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years designing software for enterprise or complex problems.
• Experience with sustainability or supply chain domains is a bonus.
• Strong systems thinking and rapid prototyping skills.

Responsibilities

• Own design end-to-end on a Sustainability Platform team to measure impact and drive ESG insights.
• Drive deep discovery using user feedback and analytics to iterate on product metrics.
• Build the vision and strategy to take the product to the next chapter.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design and go-to-market teams to ship outcomes.
• Leverage AI throughout the design process and in the product to deliver impact.
