Group Details

The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining and supporting trading systems. The person in this role will work with internal teams and must have a goal‑oriented attitude and a structured, methodical approach to projects and assignments. A working knowledge of the fixed income market is preferred.

Tradeweb Technology jobs are fully remote. The Tradeweb Technology hub is located in our Jersey City office, which can be used for team meetings and collaboration efforts. There may be days where travel to the Jersey City office is recommended for organizational off‑sites.

Job Responsibilities

• Work as part of a global support team
• Develop system instrumentation, monitoring and reporting tools
• Work with internal businesses to identify and resolve issues
• Provide extremely high levels of availability for production, demonstration, and test systems
• Resolve any problems in these systems in a timely and professional manner
• Proactively learn and understand business needs and develop or implement solutions

Qualifications

• Experience supporting an existing large system to very high levels of availability, ideally financial and/or trading systems
• Working on existing internal systems
• Experience in a high‑pressure, mission‑critical production environment
• Strong communication skills
• Will be required to be flexible regarding work schedule, including occasional weekend duties
• 3 or more years of object‑oriented development experience (ideally C++)
• Relational database experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred)
• 3‑5 years’ work experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry
• Proven ability to problem‑solve and multi‑task

• This role will also be eligible to participate in Tradeweb’s discretionary bonus program
• This role is expected to remain open until 7/11/26
