Job summary

Tradeweb Europe Limited is seeking a Market Support Associate to provide front-line support for institutional crypto trading on our platform. You will ensure seamless trade execution, resolve issues, and maintain data integrity across the system.

You’ll build relationships with institutional clients and market-making partners, collaborate with the sales team, and triage technical problems to appropriate groups while delivering timely responses to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the frontline client contact for all platform-related matters
• Establish working relationships with institutional clients and market‑making partners

• The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on a regular, full‑time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines
