Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology Consulting – Platforms to lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering enterprise platform and cloud solutions for government and public sector clients. You will drive architecture, strategy, and AI-enabled delivery lifecycles to accelerate value while ensuring governance, security, and quality.

You will manage client relationships, mentor teams, and contribute to practice growth with a focus on scalable technology roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for DoD Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• State government client experience preferred.
• Minimum 15+ years of related experience across architecture and delivery.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary platform delivery teams.
• Experience architecting enterprise apps and cloud solutions; hands-off leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams and shape client strategy for platform solutions.
• Oversee delivery of cloud-based capabilities addressing mission priorities.
• Champion AI-native PDLC to accelerate system delivery with governance.
• Establish architecture governance, risk, and quality controls.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams and manage client relationships.
