Job summary

AmeriLife is seeking a Strategic Platform Manager to drive execution and ongoing enhancement of TruChoice’s advisor practice management platforms. The role partners with Strategic Platform Development leadership to support direction, deliver day-to-day program execution, and drive measurable outcomes for financial advisors.

You will collaborate across internal teams, deliver scalable programs, and contribute insights from data to inform platform evolution.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in program management, sales enablement, training, or related roles.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or insurance preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of advisor development programs with high-quality delivery across components.
• Coordinate planning, logistics, and advisor member experience for scalable delivery (virtual and in-person).
• Partner with leadership to shape program strategy, enhancements, and platform growth.
• Support advisor-facing initiatives with presentations, trainings, and events as needed.
