Job summary

AmeriLife in Minnesota seeks a Strategic Platform Manager to drive the execution and ongoing enhancement of TruChoice’s advisor practice management platforms, partnering with development leadership to steer program delivery and continuous improvement.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, enable sales and internal teams, and gather advisor feedback to inform platform growth. Strong communication, data insights, and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in program management, sales enablement, training, or related roles.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or insurance strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting or contributing to strategic initiatives or program development.
• Exposure to advisor-facing or sales-driven environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of advisor development programs, ensuring high-quality delivery across all components.
• Manage program logistics including planning, coordination, communication, and advisor member experience.
• Ensure consistency and scalability across programs, both virtual and in-person.
• Partner with leadership to support evolution and strategic direction of platform programs.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements, new initiatives, and increased platform impact.
• Participate in proposals, business cases, and recommendations for platform growth.
• Provide input into platform strategy based on data and performance.
