• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, JIRA/Blueprint.
• Experience with Production Support, Technical Troubleshooting, Process Design, Agile Practices, Release Management, Testing, Change Management.

• Collaborate with design and technology to specify tech/people/process.
• Define efficient, scalable solutions balancing customization and consistency.
