Job summary

Responsibilities include guiding architecture runway, planning backlog items with product teams, and validating non-functional requirements through design reviews.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant architecture experience.
• Strong logical design and problem solving.
• Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
• Experience driving architectural standards adoption.

Responsibilities

• Consults with the business and operations to identify challenges and opportunities to improve technology use and align the solution with architectural vision.
• Plans and prioritizes architecture-focused backlog items to enable business epics/features.
• Performs design and code reviews to ensure non-functional requirements are met (security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, reliability).
• Leads rapid shaping of high-level architecture as requirements evolve and ensures architecture is flexible and modular.
• Educates team members on technology practices, standardization strategies, and best practices.
• Clarifies the architecture and assists with system design to support implementation.
• Provides solution options to resolve architectural impediments.
