Job summary

Philips is seeking a Business Platform Analyst for Plymouth, MN to drive platform stability and deliver technology solutions aligned with business goals. You will partner with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and support project delivery while ensuring QA, testing and post-go-live support.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and IT platform experience, with familiarity across Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SQL and cloud tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or vocational equivalent in CS/IT.
• Experience with enterprise applications and data platforms is valued.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support platform stability and operations across the lifecycle.
• Analyze business needs and design technology solutions aligning with objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support project delivery.
• Lead QA and validation with test strategies, cases, and regression testing.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
