Responsibilities

• Drive platform stability and operational excellence by troubleshooting system and process issues and providing ongoing application support.
• Analyze business needs and deliver technology solutions by evaluating processes and designing scalable improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, support project delivery, and drive adoption and change management.
• Lead QA and solution validation with test strategies, test cases, and automation oversight; support deployments and post-go-live activities.
