Description

The Platform Specialist, Head of Industry, will manage a team of Platform Specialists, helping them grow, develop, and expand their book of business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on client-facing account management experience and be responsible for leading, growing, and developing strategic accounts in the Leisure vertical within AMR. This role involves making campaign optimization recommendations to clients to achieve their business goals while fostering long-term partnerships. You will collaborate closely with a Client Partner, Head of Industry, and regional colleagues, providing market feedback to product and marketing teams. The role emphasizes creating an inclusive team culture with results-driven behaviors to meet revenue and customer satisfaction targets. Managing this talented team offers an exciting opportunity to influence the growth and success of our business.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years experience managing account managers or client services teams
  • Experience in account management operations or client-facing sales support
  • Knowledge of performance advertising, the mobile and app market, and a passion for digital trends
  • Strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Retail Media Networks, QSR brands, Shopping, Travel, or Health & Fitness clients
  • Ability to build relationships and trust with peers and leaders, providing direction and development opportunities
  • Proven leadership in developing teams and fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture
  • In-depth proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across various formats
  • Strong commercial acumen with attention to detail and market trends
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic recommendations aligned with customer goals
  • Coaching skills to identify high-impact opportunities and upsell strategies
Pay & Benefits

Base pay ranges from $164,200 to $286,500, depending on skills, experience, and location. Apple offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, retirement plans, employee stock programs, discounts, educational reimbursement, and potential bonuses or commissions.
