We seek a highly skilled individual to lead the development of our performance analytics platform, utilizing AI capabilities including NLP to enhance reporting products. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver impactful solutions for large, successful companies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the roadmap for the Reporting, Analytics & AI Platform, aligning with business goals.
2. Platform Development: Drive scalable reporting, analytics, and AI capabilities, focusing on cost efficiency.
3. Customer-Centric Approach: Work with clients and stakeholders to prioritize features that improve usability and impact.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across teams to deliver innovative insights and solutions.
5. Customization & Governance: Establish governance to balance customization with scalability.
6. AI & Advanced Analytics: Lead AI/ML integration for automation, predictive analytics, and BI.
7. Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
8. Metrics & Performance Tracking: Define success metrics and optimize platform performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years in analytics, reporting, and AI platforms, with knowledge of data platforms, BI tools, and AWS technologies preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, cross-team management, and product lifecycle experience.
• Additional Skills: Analytical thinking, strategic leadership, customer focus, creativity, and emotional intelligence.
