Job Title: Senior Platform Developer- PowerApps - Sharepoint/Dynamics

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Workflow Solutions Specialist with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Apps and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and transitioning workflows, particularly from BizFlow to the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring operational continuity and optimization. This role requires strong technical proficiency, meticulous documentation practices, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement business workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Lead and execute the migration of workflows from BizFlow to Power Apps, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and optimize workflow performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical workflow designs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including:
• Workflow diagrams
• End-user guides and SOPs
• Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business needs and technical implementation.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve workflow-related challenges.
• Provide training or walkthroughs to users and stakeholders, ensuring smooth adoption of new workflows.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies under tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven apps.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate, especially for workflow integration and business process automation.
• Proven experience in migrating workflows from BizFlow or similar legacy platforms to modern low-code/no-code environments.
• Deep understanding of workflow automation, process re-engineering, and business process optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and convert business needs into scalable solutions.
• High attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency across all documentation and deliverables.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in agile project environments and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong decision-making skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Business Analysis, or equivalent roles with direct involvement in workflow design and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SharePoint, Dataverse, or other components of the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Familiarity with legacy BPM tools such as BizFlow and their integration considerations.
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or PMP/Agile methodologies are a plus.
