Job summary

PayIt is seeking a Technical Solutions Delivery Manager to own the path from client need to delivered service, translating complex Motor Vehicle and Transportation business rules into scalable platform solutions. You will coordinate internal teams, manage risks and timelines, and help create a repeatable delivery model across PayIt\'s DMV services vertical.

• Proven ability to turn ambiguous client requirements into shipped solutions.

• Working technical fluency to discuss API, data flows, and configuration-driven architecture.

Responsibilities

• Explain and design solutions in partnership with Engineering.
• Manage end-to-end implementation timelines and go-live readiness.
• Lead client technical and deployment calls with state agency stakeholders.
