Qualifications

• 4–6 years in technical implementation, solutions delivery for a B2B SaaS platform, owning end-to-end delivery.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous client requirements into shipped, working solutions.
• Fluency with APIs, integrations, and configuration-driven platform architecture; knowledge of JSON, SQL, web services.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery from client need to deployed service across DMV services.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines, risks, and go-live readiness.
• Lead client technical and deployment calls with engineering support and state agency stakeholders.
• Build repeatable delivery models and playbooks to scale DMV deployments.
• Allocate ownership for post-launch handoff and support processes.
