Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Resident Manager for the Platform Professional Services team to lead a group delivering the Falcon Platform across modules, including Identity, Cloud, and Next-Gen SIEM. You will partner with leadership to grow programs, enhance delivery, and drive customer value from pre-sales discussions through deployment and post-implementation support.

The role requires 8+ years in security services, strong team leadership, and proven communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the security industry in a professional services or similar capacity.
• Experience leading teams and managing employees.
• Experience with pre-sales scoping and post-sales handoffs.
• Strong written and oral English communication; translating customer needs to product feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a team to deliver Falcon Platform services across modules (Identity, Cloud, Next-Gen SIEM, LogScale).
• Collaborate with professional services leadership to expand programs and improve efficiency.
• Drive cross-functional delivery and maximize value for customer engagements.
• Mentor team members and develop skills.
• Lead delivery techniques, automation, and AI-driven optimization.
• Interface with customers during pre-sales and project delivery phases.
• Travel up to 25%.
