CTG is seeking a Platform Services Engineer to design, build, and operate shared infrastructure platforms in a hybrid work model. You will support hyperconverged virtualization, VDI, and identity transformations across healthcare environments with 24x7 duties and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating shared infrastructure platforms in healthcare environments.
• Hands-on modernization and consolidation of virtualization, identity, and end-user compute.
• Ability to manage 24x7 platform availability with documented rollback procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate Nutanix clusters and related hyperconverged infrastructure.
• Support migration of VDI and desktop pools with minimal clinical disruption.
• Consolidate Microsoft 365 and identity platforms across tenants.
• Collaborate with Networking on load balancing, security, and connectivity.
• Deliver merger integration workstreams and work with vendors to meet scope and quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across distributed teams.
