Job summary

Temple Health seeks a Cloud Platform Engineer to deliver scalable cloud solutions across private, public, and hybrid environments. The role focuses on securing and maintaining cloud health, troubleshooting incidents, and implementing proactive measures to prevent downtime.

Three days on-site weekly will be at Temple Health Women's and Families Hospital. Qualified candidates have 3+ years in cloud engineering, expertise in Terraform, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and experience with Windows/Linux

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in related role
• Understanding of data security and privacy standards (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA)
• Familiarity with infrastructure, platform, application, and security management
• Ability to prioritize tasks and drive risk reduction
• Automation experience with Terraform, Azure DevOps, SQL, Ansible, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, Python
• Experience with cloud native backup solutions
• Experience with cloud native monitoring for cloud assets
• Experience in designing and supporting SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud solutions
• Experience managing cloud resources (storage, compute, networking)
• Strong understanding of network technologies (firewalls, proxies, load balancers, NSGs)
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux performance optimization
• Knowledge of virtualization and containerization (AVS, VMware, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in diagnosing complex integrated applications
• Ability to propose process improvements
• Healthcare IT experience preferred
